A two-year complete KS3 course followed by STEMpath’s structured two-year GCSE programme. This pathway is designed for younger learners who need time to grow academically, build strong STEM foundations, and enter GCSEs feeling calm, confident, and well-prepared.
Younger students are guided step-by-step through KS3 Maths and Science while building confidence and the core skills they’ll need for GCSE study later on.
3 hours per week
The KS3 stage requires just 3 hours per week, leaving plenty of time for other homeschooling activities, personal interests and hobbies, family learning time, independent reading, projects, or enrichment. It keeps learning structured but never overwhelming.
1 hour per week
Each week, students can book a short one-to-one slot for personalised help. This is a relaxed, friendly space where they can go over tricky topics, ask questions, and build confidence without pressure.
2 hours per week
Exploring key KS3 concepts, developing reasoning, and building confidence in scientific ideas through clear explanation and gentle practice.
1 hour per week
Focusing on all key KS3 areas of maths that prepare students for higher-level GCSE work.
After two years of the KS3 course, students move into the full two-year GCSE programme, which is identical to the standard 2-Year STEMpath course. By this point, they begin GCSE learning feeling mature, prepared, and already comfortable with STEMpath routines.
